The 2007 Coleccion Vivanco Graciano offers up aromas of damp earth, mineral, Asian spices, and confiture of black cherry. Racy on the palate with lively acidity, it has excellent balance with plenty of spicy black fruit leading to a lengthy finish. Give it 2-3 years of cellaring and drink it from 2012 to 2022.
