The raspberry-scented nose is intense and poised, with admirable purity of fruit. It’s rich on the attack, full-bodied and concentrated, with a seamless texture and fine balance. There’s lovely fruit here, and the finish is persistent.

Complex aromas of smoke, cedar and berries with some orange peel, following through to a medium body, firm and silky tannins and a juicy finish. Subtle and fresh for the vintage. Drink in 2022 and onwards.
