Italian Sparrow

3/4 oz Meletti 1870

 

1 oz Light Rum

 

1/2 oz Dark Rum

 

1/2 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum

 

1/2 oz Biscotti Liqueur

 

1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

 

1/2 oz Lime Juice

 

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

 

Garnish: Pineapple Fronds

 

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double strain into a bird glass (or a rocks glass over ice) and garnish with pineapple fronds.
