Cesari Mara Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso 2008 (WS)

There’s a meaty side to this red, mixing with the blackberry, currant and ground coffee notes. This is lightly chewy, with good freshness and a smoky edge that lingers on the finish. A good wine for light and cured meats. Drink now through 2016.
