.75 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.75 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum

.75 oz overproof rum

.75 oz dark rum

1 oz orgeat syrup

1 oz lime juice

 

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a highball with crushed ice.


Island Bellini

1.5 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.25 oz fresh lemon juice

LaLuca Prosecco

Add first two ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a horseneck of lemon.


Like Love

• .5 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Brinley Shipwreck Mango
• 4-5 oz Bitter Lemon Soda
• Mint (optional)
• Fresh Lemon juice (optional)

Add first three ingredients into highball with ice. Lightly slap mint and add to top of drink.  If using lemon juice, shake juice and spirits lightly before adding to highball with ice, then top with bitter lemon soda.


Mango Mojito

1.5 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.5 oz lime juice

10-15 mint leaves

Club soda

 

Add first three ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball with fresh ice.   Top with club soda. Garnish with mint, lime wheel, and linen suit.

Shipwreck Mango Rum can be replaced with Shipwreck Coconut Rum, Shipwreck Vanilla Rum, Shipwreck Lime Rum, or Shipwreck Spiced Rum.


St. Kitts Castaway

1.25 oz Shipwreck Coffee Rum

.25 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.5 oz Homemade Macadamia Orgeat

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pinch salt

 

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into an old-fashioned glass with large ice cube. Garnish with mango slice sprinkled with fresh ground coffee.

1.5 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.5 oz fresh lime juice

Spicy ginger beer

 

Build in a highball with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 oz Shipwreck Vanilla Rum
1 oz Shipwreck Mango
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Mint
2 oz club soda

Quick shake of rum and mint. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with pineapple juice and a splash of club soda.

.75 oz Shipwreck Spiced Rum

.75 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum

.75 oz Rhum Agricole

1 oz lime juice

.5 oz Velvet Falernum

5-7 dashes Angostura Bitters

 

Shake first five ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball glass with crushed ice. Top with 5-7 dashes of bitters.
