Nose of pear, honey, acacia flower, wet stone,  and a little touch of grapefruit. Full bodied and well rounded, stretched by a fine acidity that lengthens the wine. Great feeling of pureness with a persistent finish with strong minerality and a touch of citrus zest. Perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with seafood such as lobster or monkfish.
