‘Tis the season to imbibe! Check out our newest cocktail creations to get you through the Holidays with plenty of good cheer.

You’ll want to start a fire & throw on a classic Christmas movie before concocting this one…
Spiked Hot Chocolate
• 2 oz Meletti Cioccolato
• 1 oz Brinley Gold Shipwreck Vanilla Rum
• 0.5 oz Brinley Gold Shipwreck Spiced Rum
• Cinnamon, Cayenne, & Sea Salt to Taste

Combine all ingredients & warm in a saucepan over low heat or microwave on low in small increments of 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature. Garnish with cinnamon, cayenne, or sea salt to taste.

Wake up with a kick!
Drunk on Christmas Morning
• 1 oz Meletti 1870 Bitter Aperitivo
• 1 oz Rebellion Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coffee Rum
• 5 Dashes Abotts Bitters

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Bubbly is the drink-of-choice during the Holiday season! Add a little red & spice & you are Christmas-ready.
Seasonal Spritz
• 1 oz Meletti 1870 Bitter Aperitivo
• 2-3 Dashes Orange Bitters
• LaLuca Prosecco

Combine first two ingredients in a champagne flute, then top with Prosecco. Garnish with cranberries.

Shipwreck Coquito
• 3 oz Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream
• 1 oz Brinley Gold Shipwreck Spiced Rum
• Cinnamon

Combine first two ingredients. Top with cinnamon to taste.
