Italian Summer Shandy

1 oz Meletti Amaro

1 oz Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup

3 Ginger Coins

3 oz Italian Light Beer


In a shaker, muddle ginger in simple syrup. Add all other ingredients except for beer and top with ice. Shake for 15 seconds or until chilled—strain into a pilsner glass over fresh ice and top with beer. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and enjoy!
