Blue-Eyed Blonde

1.5 oz Meletti Limoncello

1 oz clear blueberry vodka

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake with ice, and strain into chilled cocktail glass with sugared rim. Add 3 blueberries for garnish.

Coconut-Lemon Yum

1.5 oz Reposado Tequila

1 oz Shipwreck Coconut Cream

.5 oz Meletti Limoncello

Shake lightly with ice, and strain into highball with fresh ice. Serve with a garnish of a small scoop of coconut or lemon sorbet.

Italian Sorbet

1.5 oz Meletti Limoncello

1 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Coconut Milk

¾ oz 1870 Bitter Aperitivo

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for the 1870 Bitter Aperitivo. Top with ice and shake until chilled about 10 seconds. Strain into a tumbler over crushed ice and float the Bitter Aperitivo over the top. Garnish with a dried orange wheel and enjoy!

Mint Lemonade

1 oz Meletti Limoncello

1 oz vodka

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Club soda

8-10 mint leaves

Shake all ingredients together quickly. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with club soda, and garnish with mint and a lemon wheel.

Whiskey Lemon Smash

1.5 oz Rebellion Bourbon

.75 oz Meletti Limoncello

.25 oz simple syrup

2 lemon wedges

Mint

Muddle 2 slices of lemon and 10 pieces of mint with simple syrup. Add ice, bourbon, limoncello and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and a mint sprig.
