White Reserve Rum

Medium-bodied, with a palate of tropical fruit and notes of dark brown sugar.  The finish is long, with smooth vanilla and subtle oak.

Bad and Boozy

2 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum

1 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

4 oz pineapple juice

1 oz orange Juice

.5 oz lime juice

Nutmeg

 

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into highball with fresh ice. Grate nutmeg over top of drink.


Between the Sheets

1 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

1oz brandy

1 oz triple sec

.5 oz lemon juice

 

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Optional: Garnish with a lemon twist.


Don’t be a Tart

1.5 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

.25 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum

.5 oz lime

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz Beijing yogurt

.75 oz pineapple juice

 

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake long and hard. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with matcha powder and pineapple spear.


Hemingway Daiquiri

2 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

.75 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice

.5 oz maraschino liqueur

1 lime wheel, for garnish

Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lime wheel.


Hurricane

2 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

2 oz dark rum

1.5 oz passionfruit puree

1 oz fresh orange juice

1 oz lime juice

.5 oz demerara simple syrup

.5 oz grenadine

Crushed ice

 

In a cocktail shaker, shake the first seven ingredients with ice until combined. Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.


La Florida Rum Daisy

2 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse

.25 oz simple syrup

Dash of Angostura bitters

1 mint sprig, 1 spiral-cut lemon twist

 

Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon twist.


Mojito

1.5 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

.25 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz simple syrup

10-15 mint leaves

Club soda

 

Muddle mint and simple syrup together. Add ice, lime, and rum. Shake and strain into a highball with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint and lime wheel.


Orange You Glad I Didn’t Say Banana

1.5 oz Shipwreck White Rum

.5 oz Clement Creole Shrub Orange Liquor

.5 oz blood orange syrup

.75 oz lime juice

2 dashes Olive Heights Moroccan Orange Bitters

.75 oz Hazy IPA

Orange twist

 

Add first five ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball with ice. Top with IPA and garnish with orange twist or dehydrated blood orange.


Spring has Sprung

1 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

1 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream

.25 Tempus Fugit Liqueur de Violettes

 

Stir with ice and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lavender.


Zombie

1 oz Shipwreck Spiced Rum

1 oz Shipwreck White Reserve Rum

.75 oz Falernum

.5 oz overproof rum

1 teaspoon absinthe

.5 oz fresh lime juice

.5oz grapefruit juice

.25 grenadine

 

Shake all ingredients with ice, and pour into glass with used ice. Garnish with leis, edible flowers, and kitsch.
